De Dutch

I have always wanted to try at De Dutch Pancake House. It's a breakfast and brunch chain restaurant in Dutch style. I have heard from friends about how they like it a lot but I just didn't have a chance to go for the longest time. Finally I got to visit one of its locations in North Van to meet up with a friend for brunch.

Dutchman style breakfast platter - DeVeggies + Eggs -
My friend ordered the veggie breakfast platter with fruit. I had some of the fruit but I was too full just trying to finish my pancake to try any of the other stuff.


Dutch pancake - Vegetarian Pannekoeke -
I ordered the veggie dutch pancake, I mean, what else to try for the first time at a Dutch pancake house right? It was really good and a good portion. It's got
tomatoes, mushrooms, green peppers, edam and cheddar cheese. Very yummy salty and sweet warm pancake :)


I enjoyed my pannekoeke a lot, although I'm still not sure how to say it properly :P I would come back again for sure. For their other locations, you can check out their website
